Aritzia Teams Up With G.H. Bass on Pleated Penny Loafers, Release Info

After launching sold-out shoe collaborations with Sperry and Nike, Aritzia is set to release a new footwear collection with G.H. Bass later this month.

For this tie-up the duo takes on the classic penny loafer and offers it in two distinct styles, the Milton and the Spence.

The G.H. Bass x Aritzia Milton loafer features a distinctive square-toe silhouette crafted in premium leather with subtle gathered detailing, leather outsole, and signature penny keeper with a co-branded coin. The style will be available in Black, Chocolatier Brown, and Rich Mocha Brown colorways.

Next, the G.H. Bass x Aritzia Spence loafer reimagines quintessential Ivy League style with a feminine edge including a soft rounded silhouette, sleek leather outsole, and signature penny keeper adorned with a co‐branded coin adding a polished finish. This model will be available in Black, Ivory, Rich Mocha Brown, Tan Khaki Suede, and Chocolatier Brown Suede colorways.

The G.H. Bass x Aritzia collection, which will retail for $195, will be available via early release on April 15 through the Aritzia app, with a wider release on Ghbass.com, Aritzia.com, and in select Aritzia boutiques across the U.S. and Canada beginning April 16.

This collaboration is one of the first created for G.H. Bass under the supervision of Aldo Product Services. Last April, Aldo Product Services, a division of the Aldo Group, inked a deal with G-III Apparel Group to become the strategic licensing partner for the footwear brand.

Under the terms of the seven-year exclusive licensing agreement, Aldo Product Services will design, manufacture, distribute, market and sell G.H. Bass footwear, bags and small leather goods starting in the spring/summer 2026 season.

The deal also gives Aldo Group the rights to distribute G.H. Bass products across authorized retail channels in North America. This partnership also includes the management of the e-commerce platform, Ghbass.com. G-III previously had the brand’s operations in-house prior to this deal.
