Tacey Powers, executive vice president and general merchandise manager of shoes, accessories, home, and kids at Nordstrom, is set to be honored with the 2026 Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) Impact Award at the Two Ten Annual Gala on June 2 in New York.
According to the Two Ten Footwear Foundation, this award recognizes Powers’ “tireless leadership in mentoring and elevating women within her organization and across the broader footwear community.”
Through her work with Two Ten and its WIFI community, an industry-wide affinity group and professional network engaging thousands of women annually, Powers has been a consistent and influential advocate for women in footwear.
Powers is a frequent speaker at WIFI events and has been a trusted mentor to countless women throughout her four decades at Nordstrom.
“Tacey sets a powerful example of leadership in our industry,” Shawn Osborne, president and chief executive officer of the , said in a statement. “While building her own impressive career, she has always focused on opening doors for others and creating opportunities for women to be recognized, supported, and empowered. Her impact helps shape the exceptional culture at Nordstrom and reflects the values we champion through our WIFI community. We are proud to celebrate Tacey’s accomplishments and honor her with the 2026 WIFI Impact Award.”
Powers was inducted into FN’s Hall of Fame in 2024 and spoke at the FN x Two Ten Women Who Rock event last February.
“Throughout my journey in the footwear industry, I’ve been inspired every day by the passion, resilience, and talent of the women around me, from our dedicated teams at Nordstrom to the incredible brand partners I’ve had the privilege of working with over the years,” Powers said.
This isn’t the first time Two Ten has honored Powers. In 2018, Two Ten presented her with the Social Impact Award in recognition of her philanthropic leadership at Nordstrom and beyond.
In addition to her work with Two Ten, Powers sits on the boards of the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA) and Shoes That Fit, a nonprofit organization that provides children with new, properly fitting shoes. She joined the Two Ten board of directors in 2023.
At its June gala, Two Ten will also honor Mark Lardie, president and chief executive officer of Rack Room Shoes, with the 2026 A.A. Bloom Memorial Award.
