Sorel and designer Jane Wade have teamed up on new iterations of the outdoor footwear brand’s Callsign model.
Revealed during Wade’s fall/winter 2026 New York Fashion Week show on Wednesday, the collaboration features two footwear styles – the Sorel x Jane Wade Callsign Low and the Sorel x Jane Wade Callsign Mule Shroud – designed as modular, adaptable shoe models.
For the collaborative Callsign Low sneaker, the shoe is built in layered canvas, with leather, and a pony hair upper, while the Callsign Mule Shroud introduces removable lace covers, leather and canvas paneling, and a unique snap-off component that allow the silhouette to change.
Across both styles, details include a removable molded Ortholite footbed, lightweight Livelyfoam midsole, and Vibram outsole and are made in Wade’s signature natural color palette.
This collaboration marks a first for Wade. “I am currently working to develop my collab engine,” Wade told FN in a walkthrough before her show earlier this week. “That’s sort of the focus I have with my business right now. I love working on collaborative projects, and I love being the ‘guest designer’ of it all. It’s really fun for me, because it lets me activate a different part of my brain that’s not always telling this story. Now I can tell my story through this lens.”

To highlight the new collaboration, Wade traveled to Oregon to shoot the new campaign at Sorel’s corporate headquarters as well as the rugged terrain of Mount Hood Timberline and Little Zig-Zag Falls Trail.
“I always reference by background in corporate America in my collections, so I loved shooting inside the Sorel offices in Portland,” Wade added. “Then we went outside for the exploratory mountain scenes. I love the mix of both environments; it really showcases what my brand is about.”
Cory Long, president of Sorel, added that the collaboration “celebrates the intersection of design, utility, and everyday life with a unique Jane Wade vision.”
“Jane Wade’s design creative direction paired with the functional approach of Sorel, creates footwear that’s as adaptable and purposeful as it is stylish, reflecting the way we move through the world today,” Long said.

The partnership will come to life Feb. 14 and Feb. 15 with a Sorel x Jane Wade pop-up experience at 66 Greene Street in SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. Designed as an immersive retail environment, the two-day activation invites the public to explore the collaboration alongside Jane Wade’s ready-to-wear collection.
The Sorel x Jane Wade footwear collaboration, which retails between $200 and $230, is now available at Sorel.com.
