Larroudé is a champion of collaborations, and fall 2026 is no different. On Wednesday, the brand launched a collection with iconic French designer Bruno Frisoni, the former creative director of Roger Vivier.

Partnering with Larroudé was a natural decision for Frisoni, per an official release, because of how the brand blends cool, feminine, fashionable and wearable design. “I like the fact that it is luxe and affordable at the same time,” he said. “A capsule collection is like a great addition to the main collection.”

Frisoni imbued his Parisian sensibility to Larroudé’s modern footwear brand, resulting in five silhouettes: the Gigi Ballerina, Gigi Mule, Lili Pump, Gigi Pump and Babe Sling. The styles embody Frisoni’s signature design philosophy which captures the tension between sensuality and ease. Flats and kitten heels find a sexy aura alongside taller silhouettes.

“For me, a shoe has to be wearable, even for special occasions, even on high heel,” Frisoni said. “I liked the idea to bring sexiness on a kitten heel or flats.” He believes the collection has a recognizable silhouette and “happy spirit.” He also sees the brand’s Brazilian roots coming through in the collection.
“Larroudé is Brazil in its core, and this was important to me,” Frisoni said. “Even for a winter season, I loved the idea that they make you feel in a sunny and lighter spirit.”
Frisoni believes the collection is part of a larger shift in women’s relationship to footwear right now. After years of sneaker dominance, the veteran designer thinks that flats and kitten heels are “a softer approach to come back to heels,” and he hopes women feel “sexy and happy” when wearing his designs for Larroudé.

The collaboration launches as Larroudé builds on its successful business in Brazil while growing its international footprint from a digitally native footwear brand to global fashion name.
Frisoni presented his final collection for Roger Vivier in 2018 after 16 years as creative director of the Parisian luxury brand. He restarted his own signature brand in 2022, offering a variety of heel designs.
