Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Mummy Duck’ Black Release Date IZ7806-001

There will be no shortage of mummified Nike Foamposite styles for fans to shop this holiday season. In addition to the Halloween-timed Mummy Air Foamposite One, Nike is readying a public release for the University of Oregon’s once-exclusive “Mummy Duck” Air Foamposite Pro sneakers.

The Oregon Mummy Duck Air Foamposite Pro look is expected to arrive in a Phantom/Sequoia/Barely Volt/White colorway similar to what was given to Ducks players as well as a black-based look that’s getting its first look via Nike’s official e-commerce images.

The Black/Barely Volt/White colorway of the Mummy Duck Air Foamposite Pro features a color-shifting pine green molded polyurethane upper which includes a subtle duck feather pattern printed throughout. The rest of the design is rife with mummy-themed details such as ripped cloth fabric around the jewel Swoosh and heel duck logo, an iridescent mini Swoosh at the toe and Oregon-branded heel pull tabs.

Oregon isn’t the only school getting their own Foamposite Pros. Also surfaced Saturday was an official look at a Florida State University-colored style of the retro basketball sneaker. And still unseen are expected Air Foamposite Pro releases tied to the LSU Tigers, Ohio State Buckeyes and TCU Horned Frogs.

Other recent Foamposite releases of note include the return of the Green Camo Air Foamposite Pro colorway along with an upcoming premium glow-in-the-dark style and a reissue of the “Dr. Doom” makeup.

This Nike Air Foamposite Pro Mummy Duck Black colorway is set to be released on Nov. 16 for a retail price of $230 under style code IZ7806-001. While many of Nike’s recent Oregon sneakers have been released through GOAT Group via the school’s Ducks of a Feather NIL initiative, the lack of DOAF branding and the appearance of Nike e-commerce images could indicate a forthcoming Snkrs launch.
