First launched in ’97, Penny Hardaway’s signature Nike Foamposite One has often been described as “out of this world” but it wasn’t until 2012 that it truly hit cosmic realms with the launch of the ‘Galaxy’ colourway. Like nothing seen before, the original All-Star 2012 edition was an instant sell-out and since then, fans have eagerly anticipated a re-release for over a decade. Returning for 2025, the Air Foamposite One ‘Galaxy’ remains true to the OG with no detail spared for this like-for-like retro.
Starting at the top, black trim edges around the collar and down the laces, while below, galactic patterning swirls across the moulded upper before melting down to the glow in the dark rubber outsole. The famed ‘Remove Before Flight’ hangtag has been included with the design, along with Penny’s ‘1 Cent’ logo at the heels.
