Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Pine Green’ Release Date HF0794-300

Nike confirmed in July that the fan-favorite “Pine Green” Air Foamposite Pro would be making a return this holiday season and right on cue, the style is officially scheduled for a mid-December release.

Originally released in 2011 and kept in the archive since, the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Pine Green” is one of the sneaker’s most unique colorways as well as one of its most coveted. Despite its singular Pine Green color description, the shoe’s iridescent molded polyurethane upper has a color-shifting effect which ranges from green to purple to gold depending on the angle of light. Popular upon its debut release, its upcoming first-ever reissue is expected to receive a similarly warm reception.

Unlike the Air Foamposite One model associated with former NBA star Penny Hardaway, the Air Foamposite Pro was not attached to any singular athlete and was instead worn by numerous players including Ray Allen in Spike Lee’s 1998 film “He Got Game” and basketball hall of famer Tim Duncan. Aesthetically, the key difference between the two shoes is the addition of a large TPU Swoosh on the lateral side of the Air Foamposite Pro. The Pro version also removes Hardaway’s “1 Cent” branding, which is seen on the Air Foamposite One.

The Air Foamposite Pro is having something of a moment currently with notable launches including a recent rerelease of the aforementioned “Pearl” pair worn by Allen in “He Got Game.” In 2026, the sneaker is expected to be released in familiar Gym Red, Green Camo, University Blue, and Voltage looks as well as new glow-in-the-dark and college football colorways. 

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Pine Green will be released Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. ET from Nike’s Snkrs app and will also be available from select Nike Sportswear retailers. The style code is HF0794-300 and the sneaker’s full colorway is Pine Green/Black.
