Inspired by La Gazzetta dello Sport – an Italian sports newspaper with origins that can be traced back to the late 19th century – the first drop of the adidas Originals Italia 70s – size? exclusive pack lands with bespoke, specially manufactured details such as papery black and white insoles and Italian sidewall flags.
Vintage finesse. The first two pairs in our introductory adidas Originals Italia 70s drop pay homage to the vintage pink newspaper and AC Milan heritage. They are both constructed from lavish leather with reinforced toe bumpers and gold foil Trefoil tongue branding. Underfoot, EVA cushioning provides lightweight comfort while tonal rubber soles polish off the antique guise.
