Undefeated Nike Air Max 95 Sail IB4453-100 Release Date

Undefeated is throwing back to its 2020 Nike Air Max 97 collaboration with new versions of one of the year’s hottest shoes alongside another classic Air Max.

The Undefeated x Nike Air Max 95 “Sail” has been leaked through official images, revealing the second Gucci-inspired colorway and one of five overall. Just like the black pair leaked in October, this edition features a green and red Undefeated-branded stripe running across the middle of its upper. Most of the sneaker’s remaining territory is rendered in its namesake shade of off-white, with the exception of a red and green Air Max logo on the tongue and green Nike Air logo on the heel.

Silver-tone metal is used for the lace toggle and Swoosh, and the “Big Bubble” Air units are opaque white rather than translucent. Undefeated’s mark appears again beneath the outsole window.

Nike and Undefeated also released five colorways for their Air Max 97 collaboration, so if the three Air Max 95s that remain unseen follow the lead from five years ago, they would appear in “Militia Green,” “Black/Volt” and a white, blue and yellow combo dubbed “UCLA.”

Undefeated also looked to the past earlier this year in its revival of its Air Jordan 4 from 2005, the first Air Jordan collaboration. Widely considered on the of the biggest releases of the year, the shoe stayed true to original form outside of a switch from Jumpman to Nike Air branding on the heel.

Nearing the end of its 30th anniversary, which has been defined by the return of bigger Air Max units, the Air Max 95 has been treated to a number of high profile collabroations including Levi’s, “Yu-Gi-Oh!,” Corteiz and more. Kith is also expected to release its own take on the sneaker before the year closes.

The Undefeated x Nike Air Max 95 collection doesn’t yet have a confirmed release date, but it’s expected to launch during the holiday season through the boutique’s website. Pricing is set at $200.
